Relax in our adventurers' club room - the Hurricane Lounge, a refuge from the hurly-burly where we hide from the storm, with access to the Society files, full of puzzles, reports of mysterious discoveries, unexplained mysteries and tales of lost civilisations. Look through the library, or the ever-growing collection of curious artefacts from our adventures, and uncover the fascinating and perplexing stories behind them.
Each booth and table take you to a different far-off place. Your port of call may influence the nature and theme of the material you can access (the Society library works like that) so make your choice and enjoy your adventures.
Seats are limited, and opening hours are irregular, so check before you travel. Booking ahead for specific booths is advisable.
There is the occasional drive-in movie, and talks from fascinating characters on all manner of absorbing topics, so keep an eye on the Society schedule.
The Hurricane Lounge also houses the Mansfield Mysteries library of crime, mystery, puzzles and adventure, curated by our friends at Drew Hardy Ltd., who will be bringing their mystery games to Mansfield House in the near future.
